Another exotica classic by Martin Denny, this platter features 12 amazing songs in the Denny style. This album was produced shortly after Martin Denny spent nine straight months at Don the Beachcomber's "Bora Bora Lounge" in Waikiki.
The back of the jacket mentions Denny's style is "pumping an intoxicating throb into the romantic rhythms of Polynesia" and that "you will sense a surging passion that sweeps through both the musician and listener". Keep in mind, this album was produced long before the invention of Viagra... so it had to suffice for middle-America's doldrums, circa 1958.
