"Dotieba" #874 was produced from the 1960s through the 1980s by Randy and Dottie Smith. These, along with other Randotti sculptures, Tiki pendants, skulls and more were sold as souvenirs at Disneyland in Adventureland near the Jungle Cruise and Haunted Mansion attractions. Some examples also exist with a Seaworld tag.
This 13" tall head probably has a more stylized African look than Polynesian, with exaggerated features and deep lines to simulate am old wood carving. They were available in black and light brown, and can stand on their own or be hung on a wall using the thick wire embedded on the back.
Apparently the name Dotieba came about by mixing Dottie's name with "Ba Hedley", a friend of their daughter.
Much more information on Randotti-ware can be found on this TC thread.
