Just wanted to show off this awesome piece created by Cass McClure aka Junkhauler aka Ocea Otica. The following info is from Junkhauler's etsy store... This low fire ceramic vase is from my series of Vintage Beauty Monster dead flower vases. These pieces in this series are all modified greenware from a vintage mold. Each one is unique, has sculptural differences, has differences in underglazing and glazing, and underwent a third firing of 18k white or yellow gold accents. I work with the same themes on some of these elegant ladies, but no two will look the same. Due to the modifications by hand sculpting and custom colors of glaze and underglaze, which i mix on the spot with no notes to recreate the colors, i would not be able to make the same one twice. These lovelies stand approximately 8 1/2 inches tall. These are vases, not to be used for food or drink storage. Due to these vases' petite weight dried flowers work best, though some water and a single flower works nicely as well. Overloading them with a large tall bouquet may cause them a second death. Name of each one of a kind piece and "by junkhauler" underglazed on bottom. ******************** Zombie Lady #1 is the first zombie in the series. She didn't make it out of the office alive. Her necrotic eye, fabulous blonde hair, and flower lapel glisten with yellow gold accents; her skin glistens with a decaying purple modeling, blood and tissue, but in an elegant way! This lady has been worked to the bone, eye socket that is, exposing her interior that features red, black, and white spotting. This living dead beauty is elegant enough to host a formal cocktail party, but dead enough to invade a city!
