Purchased in 2007 from munktiki.com. Here is the old write up for this mug from munktiki. Designed and made by Paul Nielsen , Circle Moai is a kinda of 50's Cocktail Zen Lounge Style Tiki Mug with a red and black glaze. Circle Moai is 7 by 3 inches and holds around 2 cups. Here's a fun drink for Circle Moai " Spring Water Mint " . Ok lets do it, add sugar and mint leaves then muddle it. Pour in Fresh Mountain Spring water and an ounce or so of Vodka. Don't forget the ice ! Cheers to one hell of a peaceful and serene drink.

This black stylized moai was designed by Paul Nielsen for Munktiki. The moai has a jutting brow, no eyes, a pointed nose and a long, thin lipped mouth. The back has a bamboo pattern in a red glaze. It the center of the back is a circle that reads "Circle Moai" in gold letters.
