This mug is a direct follow-up and companion to our 2022 TikiLand Mug Society mystery mug, 'Journey to Hawaii'.

'Journey to Hawaii' was inspired the United Airlines 'HAWAII' campaign, and this mug is transitional in the story - moving from United Airlines, to the crossover of United Airlines' sponsorship of the Enchanted Tiki Room when it first opened in 1963 until 1975."

This mug was an exclusive just for 2023 members of the TikiLand Mug Society. This is the 3rd mug in the ongoing TikiLand Mug Society series. The tiki is a classic Lono style tiki with tall headdress.

A custom drink recipe created by Kelly Merrell was included, for the "Gateway to Tiki" which included 2 oz Hamilton White Stache Rum, 1/4 oz Benedictine, 1/4 oz fresh lime juice, 1/2 oz honey syrup, and 1 oz champagne.
