Sovereign Woodware Maori Bookends and Stand Set

aka No.070a 3, Lilliput Books & Stand in 1 collection

This wooden Bookend & Stand Set is flanked on either side by Maori Tiki heads. Their eyes are paua, and they have ridged brows and extended tongues. The set came with three small (Lilliputian) books, including a dictionary, 'Maori Place Names' and 'Illustrated Gospels In Maori'. This set is part of a series of similar pieces, including a business card holder, keyring, bottle opener and drink coaster stand -with coasters- using the same Tiki face.
