Distinguishing Characteristics
One of only a very small amount of mugs made in stoneware by Scott. When he made this mug i commented on how much i loved the glaze. Recently i traveled to the US and surprised Scott by visiting him on Maui. Whilst at his place we were talking about stoneware and then he surprised me with this mug that he had been holding onto for several years.

This is a mug shaped like a crouching monkey-like Tiki within a coil of nautical rope. The Tiki is based on vintage hobbyist pieces (minus the rope) and has a round head and bulging eyes and is holding his knees. It is similar to the Westwood W-18 Mug and the Crested Westwood Tiki Bank Brown design. Made on Maui.
