This version black and white version of the mug was released at Circa Caliente 2018 with skull earrings and the hair made to resemble MeduSirena who signed the mugs at the event. Limited edition but not individually numbered.

This is a mug shaped like a sitting mermaid with tail curled to the side, topless, with both hands to her hair on either side of her head. Back of head has a shell ornament in her hair. Glaze colors vary.
