This mug depicts a wood carving completed in the 1970’s by tiki carver Guy Wilson that now resides at Max's South Seas Hideaway. Danielle Mann was commissioned by Max's to create a mug sculpt of the carving for Max’s, and then they manufactured these mugs using that sculpt in their in-house mug-making studio. This is the second edition in gloss olive green. There was a first edition in matte brown with colored accents and a super limited edition in several different uniquely colored glazes.
