Looks like a hobbyist mug. Appears to be an exact copy, or the same mold as Trader Vic's Samoan Fogcutter, but painted differently.
Distinguishing Characteristics
I have two; one cracked and one perfect. The cracked one has Henshaw etched on the bottom, and the perfect one has initials JNH etched on bottom.
