This mug is shaped like a brown shrunken head with its lips sewn shut, wearing a red fez with the word "Mahalo" on the front. The fez also features a skull with a bone atop its head. The concept for the Shrunken Shriner Mug came from Mahalo Tiki. It was sculpted and manufactured by Eekum Bookum (John Mulder).
