The 2017 Luau at the Lake Loball Glass was issued for the annual event in Lake George, NY. The weekend was hosted by the Fraternal Order of Moai (F.O.M.). This glass features a Tiki mask with a shield-shaped head, almond eyes, long nose, rectangular ears, and a cowrie shell strand across top of forehead. The design is based off the giant mask on the Tiki Resort A-Frame. Named Maka'ala, it was designed by SHAG for the mug. Maka'ala is Hawaiian for "watchful eye," since he overlooks all of Ohana from his perch on the wall of the Tiki. This design was also issued in 2018 with different coloring.
