This red clay sugar bowl was manufactured for the Hawaii Kai in New York. It has football-shaped eyes and an expressionless, wide oval mouth. The top of the lid features a tiki also, and it has two handles. It is marked "Hawaii Kai New York City" on the back in raised letters. There is also a matching teapot and creamer. The Hawaii Kai refered to the set in their ads as the Ipo Aloha, Hotta Potta and Hula Kula.
