This is a mug that combines the classic "Fu Manchu" (stylized stereotypical Asian male face with a long mustache) with slight elemental references of a traditional Hawaiian Ku style Tiki God. Originally issued in a jade green glaze. With its long braid in back and jade green color, it also somewhat resembles the "Pipe Smoker Mug". As an "embellished" piece, this item has been customized by a second party (not the original artist or manufacturer) and as such, colors and other details vary -- each "embellished" piece is different and unique. Embellishment is usually done through use of enamel paint, but not always.
