There is no indication of manufacturer or where it was made. Possibly just mass market Made In China stuff, however, the cobalt blue color is beautiful. Very nice even if it is mass-market.

This dark blue mug is shaped like the head of a tiki which adorned vast quantities of affordable tiki merchandise in the early 21st century. His mouth is open in a half figure eight and his eyes have a ridge above them the shape of which repeats twice above them.
