This is a mug shaped like a small skull with no lower jaw and a rough textured exterior wearing a crown. The regular edition without crown was produced in three consecutively numbered colorways within the same edition of 150 (#1-50 in Melon glaze, #51-100 in Banana glaze, #101-150 in Cinnamon glaze). This version, King Sippy, has a hand-sculpted crown, but the rest is slipcast. It is fired to cone 5. It has a white exterior glaze, satin red interior glaze, and a 22k gold overglaze on crown. Maker’s mark and edition number on the bottom.
