Fugu is a puffer fish-shaped mug manufactured by Munktiki. The fish is in full-puff mode with bulging eyes, puffy lips and several wide spines sticking out of his body. This version was released as a promotion on Black Friday 2013 along with a number of other random black versions of other mugs.
