This is a brown plate/ashtray with a colored center whose rim shows 6 scenes of Hawaii. The colored center varies (orange, green, etc...) but has the typical Treasure craft look -- multicolored 1960s era leaded glaze. The rim features Hawaii The Orchid Isle, Lahaina Maui, Iolani Palace, U.S.S Arizona Pearl Harbor, Diamond Head, Menehune Pond Kauai.
