HipHip's Bird of Paradise was a custom piece conceived of by Kelly Reilly aka Hiphipahula and designed and produced by Rick Henderson aka Babalu. The mug is shaped like a Portuguese man-of-war. On one side, the tentacles are enveloping a human face. On the other side, there is a birdman tiki mask. The lid of the mug on this very limited edition is shaped like the head of a bird with red, yellow and orange feather and an open beak. There is a straw hole at the top of the head. The mug has sixteen different glazes.
