This mug depicts bigfoot, a cryptid mythical creature said to resemble a large hairy man with big feet, roaming the pacific Northwest of the United States. Sometimes known under other names like "Sasquatch" and thought to resemble an earlier offshoot of the evolutionary chain.

The Geeki Tikis Bigfoot Mug is part of their Mythical Creatures line which also includes Medusa, Cthulhu, and Cyclops in this second series. This 2024 series was preceded by a 2017 first series including mermaid, dragon, Kraken, and unicorn. A seasonal Krampus mug was also included separately within this category.
