This is a strangely elongated skull in matte black glaze. It belonged to the character Sloth from the film "The Goonies" which was shot in Astoria where Munktiki is located. Also, the Goonies motto is "Never Say Die!" Additionally, "Never Say Die" is an actual Tiki drink from Don the Beachcombers, circa 1960's and reproduced by BeachBum Berry in his Total Tiki app. This is among the first of the offerings associated with Munktiki's Astoria based tiki bar, Dead Man's Isle. This version in matte black was created for the Black Friday event on 11/24/2017.
