Mai Kai Decanter Vintage

Found this at an auction in a theater in a small town in New Mexico, where I saw my very first movie about 40 years ago. Just passing through, saw the signs, stopped mainly to look in the theater, they were having an incredible old bottle sale, literally thousands of them, as well as a full collection of Playboy magazines. Turns out they were the estate of a man that owned another theater where I grew up, and I knew hime well, he was strict as hell in his theater (he often kicked kids out, and every kid that grew up there got warned by him at least once in their life). This decanter is from the Mai Kai in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Decanter is shaped like a Tangaroa, and is marked "Mai Kai Decanter" in raised letters on front base. Pale gray color. Originally this decanter came in a tapa printed box with a gold and black label on the back and a little booklet hanging from a gold string around its neck.
