This is a mug shaped like a sidewinder curled around a barrel cactus. Inspired by previous cobra's fang & sidewinder's fang mug designs.

"If you know the band you know that we love visiting tiki bars around the world while we're out on tour. There's nothing quite like a strong tropical drink served in an artfully crafted mug.

We thought it would be fun to create one of our own and share the experience with you, so we put our idea into action and with our own signature mug.

We started with an idea and a simple sketch. After a lot of research, and a little bit of trial and error, we were able to come up with something we're very proud of.

The process involved visiting LOTS of tiki bars and checking out all of their cocktails & mugs (all for research, of course!)

We've had the chance to explore incredible tiki bars worldwide, from Norway, where we visited the world's northernmost tiki bar, to spots in Switzerland, Australia, Mexico, France, Germany, Sweden, across the United States. We even had the chance to visit the Aviary Bar in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, famous for being the origin of the Jungle Bird cocktail.

We're especially lucky, however, to have a few of the best tiki bars located right in our own backyard: Hale Pele and the Alibi here in Portland, Dead Man's Isle in Astoria, and the Monkey's Paw in Springfield.
