Artist Proof Glaze: There were several artist proof glazes done for this mug as we tried to find the perfect glazes. Mug made by Munktiki for The Alibi in Portland, Oregon. Originally launched in 2016. I worked with Munktiki to make this mug happen and am so happy with how it turned out. Originally sold as a set of four (one of each color) for $100, or $30 each.

This is a mug shaped like a Tiki head with half circle eyes, an angular nose, and broad lips. Back features some palm fronds and the words: "The Alibi est. 1947" This mug was made by Munktiki Imports for The Alibi, a Portland tavern, with a long history, that turned Polynesian in 1947. There were a few AP Glaze Mugs given away in different colors.
