This appears to be a candle lit table lantern. Has holes in side for where a metal handle should go.

This brown matte table lamp with black bottom rim was apparently produced for the tourist trade. The lamp depicts Ku with classic leilani style face. The eyes, mouth and stomach have holes to let the light through. Wire hoop handle at top.
