Mine has 'PUNTER Z' written on the base. Please see the comments below which suggest this mug is probably a hobbyist mug and therefore I put it in the wrong place... Update: Thanks to the splendid efforts of trader tom and mermaid1111 this mug now has a special place of its own. Yay!

This is a hobbyist version of the Trader Vic's mug used for serving the Samoan Fog Cutter. Mug is tall and wider at the top and bottom, and shows two girls (one dancing and one playing uke) with a reclining beach bum, and rum barrels. Hobbyist versions vary with glaze decoration and details.
