These are individually hand-decorated - so the colours often differ markedly. I think the basic shape is that of a fish with a human-like face... but it could easily be a bird.

Vasija 16 was manufactured by Porcelanas Pavon in Spain. The mug has a pocket in the back for dry ice. He has large round prodruding eyes with large black pupils. His teeth are white and coffee bean shaped.
