This is the "Kuna Loa" mug designed by Dirk Rehder and manufactured by APS Tiki (there's a thread about them on the Tiki Central forums). It has a partially wiped green glaze on the outside with an off-white interior. Marked "Kuna Loa" on the base. 17cm high and 7cm wide... according to the website I got it off.
