This is the "Hua Ka'i" mug designed by Dirk Rehder and manufactured by APS Tiki (there's a thread about them on the Tiki Central forums). All over tan-brown glaze. Marked "APS Tiki" on the base. 17cm high and 7.5cm wide... according to the website I got it off.
