This is the "Holua Lua" mug designed by Dirk Rehder and manufactured by APS Tiki (there's a thread about them on the Tiki Central forums). All over green glaze. Marked "APS Tiki" on the base. 16.5cm high and 7.2cm wide... according to the website I got it off.
