This is the modern version of the mug made by Dynasty Wholesale - for which there isn't a separate template. The mugs in this category seem to be a mix of vintage and modern - so I've plonked mine in here too. Free with the drink at the Mai Kai, Nov '13.

Dynasty Mai Kai Tiki Mug
aka Dynasty Mara Amu Tiki Mug in 61 collections
This mug was produced by Dynasty Wholesale for the Mai Kai restaurant in Ft. Lauderdale, and used to serve the Mara Amu drink. Brown glaze, features a Ku with "MAI-KAI" in big, black, bamboo-ish letters down the back. Earlier versions of this design were produced by OMC. The newest Dynasty version has "MAI-KAI 954-563-3272" on the bottom and an oval gold foil "Made in China" sticker.
