This is a mug shaped like an angler fish with an upthrust bottom jaw and pointy teeth sticking up. Also issued in a "Stoney Teal". As an "embellished" piece, it has been customized by a second party (not the original artist or manufacturer) and as such, colors and other details vary -- each "embellished" piece is different and unique. Embellishment is usually done through use of enamel paint, but not always.
