This mug was manufactured by Otagiri for the Bali Hai in Lynnfield, Massachusetts.

The mug is white, with a large palm tree in painted relief on the front, with "Bali Hai" in raised black letters. Also has painted clouds and mountain landscape, all in relief. OMC sticker on bottom.
