This white fog cutter with brown top and (sometimes green) bottom rims was manufactured by Tepco for Trader Vic's. The mug features a hula girl in a brown grass skirt wearing a yellow lei. Her body is outlined in black. Not marked. Tepco is usually identified by its finer handpainted detail, solid heft, and vitrified (high fire) manufacture.
