My grandmother and the other old-timer's in my family used to go to Rockaway Beach for a special treat...my great aunt and uncle had their 50th anniversary at Nicks.

My husband picked up two of these from the Santa Cruz flea market. Small oval navy-colored "Japan" sticker on back. Resembles an ashtray but the cigarette rest is smaller than usual. Measures approximately 5 x 7 x 1 inches.

This mug was commissioned by WooHoo Wahine and SoccerTiki to give as gifts to guests at their wedding in October 2009 at the Bali Hai Restaurant in San Diego. The Tikiyaki Orchestra and the Smokin' Menehunes played to over 220 guests at the reception.

This mug came from the Kona Hilton (now the Royal Kona Resort.) The hair is more subdued than the Hawiian Village mug. It was wrapped in newspaper dated 1987 and pulled out of a box from a storage room at the resort.
