This may be a sample version of the mug. It's slightly larger than my other Mighty Alkala mug and has less sheen to the finish. Also, the larger one holds 24 oz., the smaller one holds 21 oz.

It appears to be an otagiri mug made for the Mandarin Restaurant. Marking on the base is"The Mandarin Ghirardelli Square San Francisco California"

Crazing to the glaze

I really like this Squid design, so I have all three versions that Tiki Farm has produced. I like both the brown and green two-tone examples, but the bright green glaze on this Limited run version is awesome. It's a huge mug too!

My favorite of the coconut mug designs I have thus far. Nice surprise when I saw this on a local thrift store shelf for just a few dollars.
