This is the volcano bowl initially given to members of the Rumbustion Society who drank 300 rums at Smuggler's Cove. Only 10 were made and only 3 were awarded as of Aug/12/2014. Since then, more have been awarded and the rum count required has gone up from 300 to 400! It is probable that those early bowl winners caught up on the additional 100 rums as well...

This bowl is similar in design to the bowl used at Smuggler's Cove, with the addition of gold leaf hilites on the edges. It is a hand-painted matte grey exterior glaze with red glaze interior. Bowl is marked with the Smuggler's Cove banner on one side.

    From Smuggler's Cove Instagram:

"First envisioned back in 2011 as a painting by MP, we began discussions to bring it to life for Smuggler’s Cove many years ago and we're so happy with the results! A true celebration of San Francisco’s greatest tiki icons, the Suffering Bob mug marries Trader Vic’s Suffering Bastard (aka Mai Tai Joe) with Bob Bryant and Alec Yuill-Thornton’s Tiki Bob. Sculpted and produced in California by MP, Suffering Bob stands (squats?) a mighty 9.5 inches high and is finished in a color matched body with a white antiqued crackle glaze on the face. Smuggler’s Cove SC logo and San Francisco on the back complete this tribute in a signed and numbered limited edition of 100 for $200 ea. ON SALE TUESDAY, MAY 26th at 10AM PDT ONLINE ONLY at the SC website store."

This is a Marquesan tiki mug from Danny "Tiki Diablo" Gallardo made exclusively for Smuggler's Cove in San Francisco. This original design is Tiki Diablo's artistic interpretation of the historic Marquesan-style tiki that resides above the pond at Smuggler's Cove with barnacles added to better suit Smuggler's nautical theme.

This tiki was carved by Eli Hedley and sold in the 1950s at his Island Trade Store (which also had a location in Disneyland and where a similar tiki stood for over a decade in the park). This tiki was sold to Trader Dick's in Sparks, NV where it stood outside the entrance until placed indoors when Trader Dick's moved inside the nearby Nugget Hotel & Casino. When Trader Dick's closed in 2014, the tiki was purchased and displayed at Smuggler's Cove.

This mug was sold online only during the Covid quarantine shutdown and sold out quickly in a single day.

On December 8th, 2020, Smuggler's Cove produced this limited edition puffer fish mug design in a green and blue glaze. It included a 8" hand-netted fish bowl. Called the "Pufferfloat", this version is meant to sit in the netted bowl and resemble the puffer fish float lamps made by Oceanic Arts and others. It was limited to 100 pieces.

After this, TikiLand Mug Society released a second edition of this puffer fish mug design on December 29th, 2020. It was a limited edition of 300 in a light beige and brown glaze combination with green interior. Named after the Coco Puffs breakfast cereal and a play on words because it is meant to be a hybrid coconut shaped like a puffer fish. Only 75 of the initial pieces were released at first, with the rest to be issued when available. It did not included the netted bowl.

A Moai mug inspired by Picasso, Klee, and Dali.

From Tiki Kaimuki: "This cubist inspired Moai mug has realistic weathered wood grain and a shiny gold logo. To capture this moment in history, I have signed the back and written "SIP2020" in permanent marker. Each mug also has a different colored bottom. You will randomly receive one of the five mugs. "
