This is a Tiki shaped mug with a shield-shaped head, almond eyes, long nose, rectangular ears, and a cowrie shell strand across top of forehead. The mug is based off the giant mask on the Tiki Resort A-Frame. A SHAG design that was sculpted by Squid for production as a mug. Maka'ala is Hawaiian for "watchful eye," since he overlooks all of Ohana from his perch on the wall of the Tiki. Mugs were available for pick-up at Ohana only. They did not allow shipping. The Luau at the Lake was held from June 22th-25th, 2017. Manufactured by Squidart.com.

Tonga Hut Fireplace Mug - Orange

This is a two-part mug shaped like a vintage 1970s cone fireplace with chimney. It has a blazing fire with logs on front bottom and reads "Tonga Hut" on reverse. Top of chimney is shaped like a moai head and is meant as a dry ice chamber to have "smoke" come out of the top. There is also a straw hole on reverse of top.
This was released in two colors; an orange and a green glaze version. Used to serve the "Pele's Pyre" cocktail by Marie King. While this is an open edition, the first 60 (of each color) were numbered on the bottom of the top chimney piece. A rare sub-variant of this mug is missing a mouth (20 of each color arrived like this from the factory).
Shameful Tiki Room Vancouver Fourth Anniversary Tiki Mug

This mug has three tan & brown Tiki heads around the exterior that are connected with sections of yellow bamboo. Each head is the same -- the Shameful Tiki logo Tiki. The Shameful Tiki Room in Vancouver, B.C. opened in 2013. It is owned by Rod Moore. The anniversary party was held on March 16th, 2017 with the first 15 of this design released for sale.
