This is a lowball glass with the Tikiyaki Polynesian Village Tiki (designed by Bosko) and exterior hotel scene logo. The other side has a tapa cloth pattern (designed by Tobunga/Eric October) printed on it, similar to the Trader Vics Mai Tai lowball glass. It was put out by the Tikiyaki Orchestra for Tiki Oasis 2012.

The minimalist tiki supports are 5 inches tall with no eyes, gaping mouths and long noses. The diameter is 7 inches. The shrunken heads are 2 inches tall.

Puʻu ʻŌʻō (often written Puu Oo, and pronounced roughly "poo-oo oh-oh") is a cinder/spatter cone in the eastern rift zone of the Kīlauea volcano. Puʻu ʻŌʻō has been erupting continuously since January 3, 1983, making it the longest-lived rift-zone eruption of the last two centuries. This black and red bowl resembles this active cone. The topmost cavity is designed to put overproof rum in and light on fire to complete the effect.
