"Kupuna" mug was designed by Trader Brandon, produced by The Shrunken Monkey, and sculpted by Emily Serpico. When Brandon Kleyla began working on the original Trader Sam's, he was flipping through old photo albums and found a photo of his Grandparents from one of their adventures. This mug is a replica of the tiki totem his Grandparents were standing in front of.

The artist Shag was commissioned by Disney to create this mug to celebrate Disneyland's 50th anniversary, and specifically Adventureland. The design features a three-footed drum with two tiki masks and a skull. These were not manufactured by Tiki Farm, as the initial Disneyland tiki mugs were, but rather by some factories selected by Disney, in China. Artist proofs are unique with glaze and detail.

The first edition is glazed in all green.

This is an anchor-shaped mug with an iron chain wrapped around it. It was manufactured by Munktiki (Astoria, OR location). Regular edition issued in either "Black Iron" or in "Full Rust" glaze and the two together form a combined edition of 100 (although these are glazed to order and the "Black Iron" was preferred overall, thus outnumbering the "Full Rust"). This version, however, is fully glazed in black (more so than the "Black Iron") and was created for the Black Friday event.
