Shima Ceramics Shrunken Skull Mug Chrome Interior

This skull mug was inspired by both the Ta Moko (facial and body carvings) and the Mokomokai (shrunken heads), as practiced historically by the Maori of New Zealand. Chrome on the inside, white on the outside with black wipe to pick out details. Stoneware. Measures: 3 3/4" wide, 5 1/4" long, 3 3/4" tall. There is also a Lime Green interior edition limited to 100 pieces and a votive candle version with eye sockets and nose cut out and with orange interior (limited to 100 pieces).

This is a shrunken head shaped mug with an upturned piggish nose and a bottom tooth sticking up out of its stitched mouth. The regular edition issued at the event have a brownish beige wipe-away exterior and light green interior. The Luau at the Lake was held from June 23th-26th, 2016. Manufactured by Squidart.com. Measures: 4.5" wide x 5" deep x 4.25" tall. There were ten artist proofs (in different colored glazes) which were offered in the event's silent auction. These were numbered and labeled "AP" on bottom. This limited edition also is numbered on bottom.
Bumatay Shot

This is a ceramic shot mug inspired by the classic Andres Bumatay style Tiki and Tiki mug that were used at several locations, including the Stockton Islander, which Eric was specifically inspired by. The original design was carved by Andres Bumatay; some tikis in this style were also carved by his protege, Richard Ellis. This tiki has striking, large eyes, and a small fish-like mouth. Glaze is yellow-brown, and the background of the mug appears to have a pineapple or palm-like texture. These shots debuted at the KON-TIKI EXPEDITION 70th Anniversary Parking Lot Sale.
Kon Tiki 70th Anniversary Book Mug

This is a hand-built mug sculpted to look like the hardback version of Thor Heyerdahl's book, Kon-Tiki. The front has the signature Tiki face logo that was emblazoned on the sail of his famous raft. The mug is approximately 6.5" tall x 4.75" wide x 2.5" deep. Eric made a similar design in 2011 but this version was made as 1st prize in a Kon Tiki model building contest. A celebration to commemorate the 70th Anniversary of the Kon Tiki voyage was held at the Tonga Hut in North Hollywood on Sunday, July 30, 2017.

This real wooden mug with handle was manufactured from monkeypod. It is shaped like the head of a woman with hair parted in the middle and a serene expression. These were manufactured for the tourist market and sold in Hawaii although some may have been made in the Philippines. Additionally, there is a ceramic version that was made by Paul Marshall Products (PMP).
Clear Kowloon Goblet With Blue Stem

This is a clear glass goblet with blue stem used at the Kowloon restaurant in Saugus, MA. It is marked "Kowloon, Saugus, MA" on front with image of the Kowloon's A-Frame building. This same design was also issued in cobalt blue with white lettering, a red stem with clear bowl, and a white frosted version with blue lettering.
Paua Toa In Golden Yellow

A fine art vase created by GECKO. It has a Maori tiki mask face with moko on either side of the vase and is adorned with hei tiki handles. This version has a golden yellow glaze. Gecko made it in 2013 and has been unable to reproduce this glaze again. The interior is gloss black.
Tommy Bahama Woody Beach Cafe

Tommy Bahama had produced a highly detailed series of wahine mugs, one each year, but when they discontinued the wahine mugs, this was their next mug offering. It features a woody beach cruiser turned into a "Beach Cafe" with BBQ and surfboards around it in the sand, a bucket of chilled beer, and the ocean stretching out in the background. Mug is primarily a light cream/beige color.

This is a white frosted glass goblet used at the Kowloon restaurant in Saugus, MA. It is marked "Kowloon, Saugus, MA" on front with image of the Kowloon's A-Frame building. Within this white frosted style are also slight color variations with lighter or darker blue imprints. This same design was also issued in a red stem with clear bowl, a blue stem with clear bowl, and a blue cobalt version with white lettering.
