This mug was designed and produced around the time of the 2016 presidential election and was conceived as a satirical rendition of Hillary Clinton as a shrunken head mug. Previously, The Witch Doctor had done an Obama Shrunken Head Mug (Zombama) for the 2012 election. Both designs caused controversy.

Tiki Caliente 9 Event Mug
aka Tiki Caliente 9 Menehune Mug in 19 collections
This is a mug shaped like a male menehune standing atop a Tiki head and playing a ukulele. He has white hair and a white mustache and is wearing a red flower lei.
The menehune design was inspired by vintage United Airlines menehune statues and decanters which portray the same older, mustached character.
The mug was designed by Doug Horne and manufactured by Eekum Bookum (John and Janet Mulder). These were available only to attendees. There was also a smaller edition of pieces (around 22) customized by different artists, displayed at an Art Show, and sold through silent auction at the event.
Salty Pepa

This woodgrain moai mug is based on an earlier vintage design that was produced in the 1960s as mugs, lanterns and salt and pepper shakers with jewel eyes. The early S&P shakers can be seen on page 118 of Tiki Quest and the vintage lanterns on page 160. This Eekum Bookum version premiered at Tiki Caliente 9 in Palm Springs and was available in different glazes with different colors of jewel (rhinestone, really) eyes. Each mug has a lid with two straw holes.
Zombie 2 Second Edition Mummy Brown
aka Munktiki Zombie Moai 2 Second Edition in 4 collections
This beautifully grotesque design was originally produced in larger format by 'Ona Tiki in Burbank, California. A later version, also in larger format, was produced by Munktiki. This is a slightly scaled down version done in a series of limited editions of 25 (or 50 in this case) with different glaze designs. The first edition of 25 is in a dark green with black rub and red and white accents. This second edition of 50 is in a Mummy Brown with Black rub and Red and White accents.

This plastic glass was manufactured for the Trader Vic's in Las Vegas, NV. The glass is decorated with a tapa pattern and came in 5 color-ways: clear, light purple, green, blue, and red. Graphics and lettering are white.

This little glass bottle was manufactured by Hawaiian Distillers to hold Passion Fruit Liqueur. It is shaped like a Ku Head in dark brown and has a screw cap. Burgundy paper label on side opposite of Tiki head. Holds 1/10 pint or 1.6 oz to nearly 2 oz.
Don The Beachcomber Maui Handled Mug

This is a brown handled mug depicting the front of the Don the Beachcomber in Maui and with the Don's driftwood plaque in front. From the 1970's-built Don the Beachcomber at the Royal Lahaina Hotel in Ka'anapali, Maui. This Don's was short-lived and opened in the mid 2000s and closed in 2007.
