Tiki Mugs
Marqool - Sage Stain With Green Wash - The Classics Collection - by Tank Standing Buffalo - for Tiki Farm
in 6 collections
This is a Marquesan style tiki mug in sage stain with green wash. There is also a version in orange with black wash or in blue with black wash.
From the Tiki Farm website:
"'Marqool' is a straight-up Tiki mug. There is not much of a deviation here from what you would have expected 21-years ago from Tiki Farm. Case in point is our 31st mug, Mad Marq (my personal favorite). All things considered though, Marqool is 'Tiki' or at least is a Tiki Farm interpretation of Tiki created with my steering the direction in conjunction with our friend and longtime Tiki Farm contributing artist/designer – Tank Standing Buffalo.

Pineapple King - Orange Stain With Burnt Umber Wash - The Classics Collection - by Tank Standing Buffalo - for Tiki Farm
in 4 collections
This is a mug shaped like a Lono tiki with tall headdress that incorporates a pineapple. This version is in an orange stain with burnt umber wash and there is one in an amber as well as a brown stain.
From the Tiki Farm website:
"The Hawaiian Lono is the inspiration here with the elaborate, stacked headdress. The pineapple itself is the Hawaiian symbol for 'Welcome'. We thought that having a welcoming element to our new line-up was appropriate and would add a nice touch to your next gathering with many Tikiphiles recognizing the important symbolism of the pineapple in Hawaiian cultural history.

"Mow-Mow is our Māori inspired design. We pulled different elements from what we aesthetically love about the Māori art, especially loving the unparalleled Moko (tattoo) Māori style. If you ever deep-dive Māori carvings online, you are in for quite the visual explosion of amazing creations over time.

Twilight Zone Nurse Mug - Bandage Variant - by Middle of Beyond
in 2 collections
This mug portrays one of the nurses from "Eye of the Beholder" which is one of the more famous and classic episodes of The Twilight Zone. In this episode, a young woman lying in a hospital bed, her head wrapped in bandages, awaits the outcome of a surgical procedure performed by the State in a last-ditch attempt to make her look "normal." As it turns out, she is a very good-looking blonde woman with delicate features but after 11 procedures the hospital staff were unable to "fix" her face and make it resemble the pig-like features common to this alternate Earth. As a result, she will have to go live in a segregated community of similarly-featured "freaks" that her doctor and nurses look on with revulsion.
