The dark gray bowl has a lava-like, red-orange glaze around the rim and interior. Also came in a tall bowl shape, and a small bowl shape.

This tiki mug was used at Tiki Bob's in San Francisco, and is marked as such in black inside a yellow lei on the back of the mug. The mug is honey brown, and shaped like a Maori tiki, with round eyes painted pale blue, a red painted tongue, and black details.

China Sails OMC Bug Eyed Moai

This mug by Otagiri was used at many restaurants, and is commonly called the Bug-Eyed Moai. This one is from Dave Wong's China Sails, a chain of Chinese restaurants in the Boston area. The mug is of a stylized moai, more narrow at the top, and having distinctive large, rounded eyeballs. The glaze is two-toned, with a beige overlaid with a darker streaky brown. The interior is white, base is white and concave.

This mug is unusually finely crafted, for an Orchids of Hawaii mug. The coconut is quite large, and is double-walled. The delicate paint job is in shades of brown and beige, with an off-white interior. The base is roughly triangular, and stamped "Orchids of Hawaii Japan."

This bowl is a modern reproduction of the bowl used for serving the classic Mystery Drink cocktail at the Mai Kai. The bowl has a brown glaze, with four open-mouthed tikis. "Mai Kai" is on the four sides of the bowl. The bowl has a separate platform glued inside for the placement of an ice volcano.
