This mug is a large cylinder that narrows at the top. It has a handle built into the back of the mug. The front features the head a Ku, and the sides have a diamond shaped pattern. It is believed to have been manufactured by OMC, but we have yet to see a picture of one with a sticker.

This is a tribute reproduction version of the famous Ren Clark Severed Head mug, created by Bay Area-artist Notch (a.k.a. Nacho). The mug is faithful to the original, although slightly larger, despite Notch having never seen one in person; he created this reproduction based on only a couple of available photos. The mug is of an upside-down man's head, eyes open and mouth agape, dripping in blood. The drink opening is the head's neck. Beige, with painted gray, black, white, pink and red details. Marked "Notch Severed Head Tribute Mug" in black on the bottom.
