Cthulhu Tiki Mug - Green - for Storm Crow Manor
in 5 collections
This mug depicts H.P. Lovecraft's Cthulhu (pronounced: "kuh-THOO-loo"). Cthulhu made his first official appearance in the short story "The Call of Cthulhu," written by Lovecraft in 1926, although no living character in the story ever sets eyes on the actual creature. The characters we meet in the story see Cthulhu either in dreams or in artwork. The narrator of the story says that a statue of Cthulhu resembled, in part, an octopus, a dragon and a human-like or anthropomorphic creature.
From Storm Crow Alehouse in Canada: "Nilgh'ri hail Cthulhu! Imbibe in our Cthulhu Tiki mug filled to the brim with pineapple juice, coconut cream and the darkest of rums! When you're finished, take the mug home! This tiki mug includes a special custom dry ice chamber in the headpiece for maximum vapor emission." This headpiece is removable.

Tiki Kon 2018 Mug- Artist Proof Edition - by VanTiki
aka Tiki Kon 2018 Mug- AP Edition - by VanTiki in 0 collections
This is a black mug shaped like an anthropomorphized standing volcano.
From VanTiki:
"This December I’m clearing my shelves of all the AP castings that have been collecting dust through the years. Originally meant for glaze testing, these mugs are from long closed editions whose molds have all been destroyed.
The first set out of the kiln are these two Tiki Kon 2018 mugs! I sculpted these as an homage to the Coco Joe’s souvenir castings ubiquitous in Hawaii during the 60’ through the 80’s. I glazed them to match Coco Joe’s signature “made with genuine lava” look, and of course, added Swarovski Crystal eyes!
Why green? Because olivine! Olivine is a naturally occurring gemstone in Hawaii lava flows. Have you ever seen a green sand beach in Hawaii? Olivine crystals give it that green glow!"

5.5" wide at the base and 5" tall.
Mug holds 22oz, and luckily it's bottom heavy if you're a lightweight. She's not gonna tip.

But you need more details, so here they are: 'The Crissman' mug is beautifully crafted by John Mulder and his Eekum Bookum Tiki mug manufacturing wonderland. Fog Cutter - based on an Andres Bumatay carving - manufactured by Tiki Farm - designed by Sven Kirsten
aka Bumatay Fogcutter in 8 collections
From Sven Kirsten:
"The FOG CUTTER is the newest addition to the Kirsten Kollection from Tiki Farm. This mug is the culmination of FOUR aspects that are near and dear to me in Tiki culture: 1.) - Tiki apartment archeology! ...the Fog Cutter mug is based on a one-of-a-kind Tiki still standing at the 1962 Kona Pali apartments in Granada Hills. 2.) - It was carved by one of my favorite Tiki carvers, Andres Bumatay, who had a very unique style and I have pictured this, his statue, in 'The Art of Tiki'. 3.) - Ever since I imported Spanish Tiki mugs in 2006 I wanted to design a mug that uses the dry ice effect. And last but not least, its name not only refers to the fog effect it can produce, 4.) ...but also to my favorite cocktail mixed by Tony Ramos, when Jeff Berry and I were frequenting the bar at Madame Wu's in the 1990s."
Fog Cutter Cocktail:
1 oz Brugal White Rum, 1/2 oz Bombay Sapphire Gin, 1/2 oz Chalfonte Brandy, 1/2 oz sweet and sour mix (half fresh lemon juice and half simple syrup will suffice), 2 dashes simple syrup, 1/4 oz Cherry Heering float on top
Flash blend all ingredients except float with 3/4 cup of crushed ice and then add float on top.
