Ku-Konga - Green - with Don the Beachcomber Fire Decal

This green tiki mug was designed by Doug Horne and manufactured by Tiki Farm. It is shaped like Ku and is playing a drum. This was one of three open edition Tiki Farm mugs (Ku-Konga, Vicious, Tangata) Don's used with fire decals as a stop-gap measure after they were converted from Sam's Seafood/Kona's and before their exclusive mugs arrived. According to Art Snyder only a couple hundred of each were produced.

The Tall Two Face Tiki Mug comes from a mold manufactured by Duncan Home Ceramics. The mold was created in 1967. The mug has a different face on each side. The tiki has his thumbs up and is smiling on one side and his thumbs down and has a straight mouth on the other. This version has a handle but there is also a template for those without.
