This is a shot mug shaped like a Tiki version of a Deep One from the Cthulhu Mythos written about by H.P. Lovecraft. This shot version is "Ghoulish Green" (Green). There is also a version in Seaweed Green, "Hasturian Yellow" (Zombie Yellow), sandstone, and antique bronze. The Deep Ones are an amphibious, marine race that serve Cthulhu. They are capable of breeding with humans and there are many tales of Deep One/Human Hybrids inhabiting remote coastal towns like Innsmouth. The cocktails served in these Devil's Reef mugs are indescribable.

This is a Maori influenced Tiki mug with long pointed tongue, hands clasped over belly, and paua shell eyes. Twelve one-off test glazed versions were first sold at Tiki Oasis 10, 2010, in San Diego. Several mini runs of 2 or 3 or 5 in each color were sold later, at Tiki Oasis 2013. For the later runs, the number is written on the bottom and they do not have the paua shell eyes.
