The characters we meet in the story see Cthulhu either in dreams or in artwork. The narrator of the story says that a statue of Cthulhu resembled, in part, an octopus, a dragon and a human-like or anthropomorphic creature. This mug was conceived as an online kickstarter project. Designed by Jonathan Chaffin (Tiki Atari on TC) and sculpted by Kristina Lucas Francis. It was manufactured in China with a planned run of at least 500 but is an open edition. A limited edition version was also released (handmade and detailed by Kristina Lucas Francis) for upper level contributors to the Kickstarter project.
