This is a mug shaped like a tall, thin, Tiki head with clenched teeth, and v-shaped ridges running down from the top of the head to the nose below. Squinting eyes. Comes in a variety of glaze combinations. Marked "Jan" and number out of 6 on the bottom. As a test glaze, the color will be unique although there are 6 test glazes in total.

This bucket mug appears to have been made for the Coast Guard Chief Petty Officers Association at Pier 91 in Seattle, WA. It features an anchor on one side and the image of a masted sailing ship on the other. Beige exterior and brown interior. "C.P.O. Club" on front and "N.S.D. Pier 91" on reverse. Bottom reads: "Made Exclusively for C.P.O. Club Seattle".

Similar to the more common bucket tiki design with three tikis, but this one was created by OMC only for Harvey's Lake Tahoe, and it features the Sneaky Tiki logo, and is printed with "Harveys Lake Tahoe" on the side in a modern looking sans serif block font with no apostrophe. There is also a more common script font version with apostrophe included. OMC sticker on bottom.
